I believe I was banned not because of the just ban I made, but because of a prejudice reflex has held against me for several months.

Regardless, the ban he made was admin abuse while mine ban was not.

For one, I dont hold anything against you, but when I get a message from Rejection saying he isnt coming back because of bull**** abusing admins, i got to draw the line. it was for 5 minutes, dont cry.. he hadnt done anything until he said stop abusing then you did it even more consisting of burying, slapping, and setting him on fire. noone wants your drama on a cs uwc3 server so knock that **** off. rejections i understand what you meant by what she calls a threat and to be honest, it wasnt a threat. To be honest, at this point if you call it a thraat, i could really give a ****. bottom line is you provoked it to that level when he had dont nothing wrong. i guarantee you i and atleast 95% of others would of done the same.

Verdict: Get a life besides causing drama on cs.

I am going to admit I was abusing my admin before the ban, and I accept complete responsability for my actions, whether it be stripped of my admin powers without refund or nothing.

The point is, the rules state that you cannot threaten an admin regardless, and he did threaten me. You banned me only for the ban, not for the admin abuse before it. Therefore you banned an admin for no reason.

If I am stripped of my powers, Reflex should be stripped of his too.

I finnally got into the UWC3 server, although I was unable to get into SH server because it still had me banned. (Atleast 30min has past) I unbanned myself.

First of all, bunny is right - no player may threaten an admin in any way. However the punishment for such varies based on the reaction. Ive been threatened many a time myself, but I dont care. I know that one player isnt going to do anything to me that I cant get myself out of.

And thats not just becuase I dont have anyone to answer to so to speak - I have an entire server that I have to answer to, including all of my admins, my team mates, my friends, and all of the players.

Personally bunny, I think you were out of line on this one. A player should not have to ask to have admin abuse stop. It should have never gotten to that point. Everything after that is a consequence of your initial action.

You should not be abusing anyone for any non violation of rules. I know you said he broke a rule by threatening you - and yes he did.

However I highly doubt he would have if you were not abusing him.

Bottom line: You started the incident that you later used as an excuse to ban the other player. Thats not ok - proding people to that point is an agregious abuse of being a part of the community, let alone an admin. Your job as an admin is to enhance the community, not to badger its residents and frequenters.

I do also fee that Reflex was also out of line for banning you with out talking to me about it in any way. I feel that when something is going on in house I need to be aware of it.

You guys know where I stand. I sincerely hope that I do not have to hear about this or any other similar situation again.
