I got this post within a few hours of your reply and when checked the server was running ok so I didnt reply until now - sorry for the delay but it appears that either another admin already got there before me, or it self corrected.

Someone must have fixed it becuase everytime some one posts that its not working (well maybe not *every* time but *most* times) and I go check it, its working fine with people playing on it, and bots. Seems ok to me right now as well, although the uwc3 server is currently with out bots.

Sometimes I don't post after fixing it out of laziness, sometimes it just seems to fix its self.

you know, i actually enjoy playing on the GG server. I usually hate GG, must be my decent ping..

no, since amx goes down you cant use rcon to start since its an amx function. We have a web site that we can go to and restart the server entirely as a windows service, which then restores all intended functionality. Its probably something like memory creep that stops it from being able to continue over time and just needs to be reset.
