washington is trying to make it against the law to talk on a cell phone while driving. that i can understand since you may hurt others.

at least if your crossing the street its only your dumbass that gets creamed. Survival of the not the stupidest.

Myth Busters showed that talking on a cell phone impares you more than being legally drunk while driving, not that I needed them to tell me that all I have to do is drive and I see it myself lol.

um, in my our state it is illegal to talk on the cell without a hands free while driving. Thing is tho if your talking they can't pull you over, it's only a secondary offense. if they pull you over for speeding and ask "were you talking on your cell" and you say "yes" then they go "WOW what a dumbass you actually admited it?!?! that's a ticket for stupidity right there"

I believe it, I have driven better while having a .2 BAC then I did sober talking on the phone trying to stick shift and eat while talking on the phone.

lol - our seatbelt law is a secondary offense, or at least it was - I think its a prmiary offense now becuase they want more money, not that they care about public safety.

personally I wouldnt mind - too many dip **** drivers are on the phone and they shouldnt even be driving normally.....
